We expect each franchisee to grow a substantial and valuable business, not just a "man in a van" operation. For this reason the territories we provide are very large giving each franchisee huge scope for expansion.
- Each territory has been demographically mapped to ensure an equal opportunity for every franchisee

All marketing materials have been (and will be) designed and developed centrally ready for you to use including:

As part of your initial fee you will receive a marketing "starter pack" which includes all the brochures, leaflets and stationery you will need to get your campaign off to a great start.

- A PPC campaign will run on the main web site to generate leads for you
- We are investing huge amounts in Search Engine Optimisation to provide you with a high search engine ranking for relevant searches in your area
- When appropriate we will run additional nationally focused advertising campaigns

Customer Facing Web Site - We have a substantial and extremely effective customer facing web site www.pcsupportgroup.com designed to promote The PC Support Group and generate leads that will be passed to you if they are within your territory. The site is actively promoted through PPC campaigns and search engine optimisation and each franchisee has their own dedicated landing page.
- Call Centre - We operate a call centre on behalf of the network to take the initial customer calls. All calls are professionally answered, customer details taken, and the call information passed to the relevant franchisee within minutes of the call being taken through a group wide VoIP system.
- CRM System - We provide you with a sophisticated web based Customer Relationship Management system which gives you unprecedented management control of your leads, customers and support calls. This enables all leads, customers, calls, service contracts, and jobs to be recorded, tracked and monitored. It also hugely simplifies the administration and accounting aspects of the business.This advanced system allows you to instantly check your performance, improves your customer service and enables you to be more successful.
- Second Line Technical Support
- Second line technical support is available during normal operational hours specifically to assist franchisees so you know we are there if you get in a jam
