Company Overview
The PC Support Group has its roots in a company started in 2001 by Simon Albert, an IT professional who has been involved in computer support and maintenance at various levels since the early 90’s. Simon worked independently, consulting for other companies until 2006 when he set up a computer service company aimed specifically at offering great service and value for money to small businesses and home computer users. The company quickly gained a reputation for providing a fast friendly service and was a huge success.
In 2006 Simon met Phil Bird, another IT professional who had already previously built a highly successful software business. Together they decided to build on their vast experience and create an entirely new approach to small business and home computer support. In early 2007 the company was restructured and re-branded as The PC Support Group.
The business has invested heavily in the latest IT Support technology enabling us to monitor and manage all of our customer's computers simultaneously, creating huge efficiencies and great customer service.
